Service Llama LLC (“ServiceLlama”) uses certain third-party sub-processors to assist in providing our Service. A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by ServiceLlama who may process personal data on behalf of ServiceLlama and/or our Account Owners.
This page lists the sub-processors we currently engage, the purpose of their processing, and the country in which they are located. We maintain this list in accordance with our obligations under the GDPR, applicable U.S. state privacy laws, and our contractual commitments.
We may update this list from time to time as we add or remove sub-processors. If you are an Account Owner and would like to be notified of changes to our sub-processor list, you can subscribe to updates by emailing privacy@servicellama.com with the subject line “Sub-Processor Updates.” We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before engaging a new sub-processor, giving you the opportunity to object to the change.
